The hotel provided a comfortable environment with clean rooms. Breakfast was decent yet could improve in variety. Staff assistance left something to be desired, as service was lacking at times. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I found the hotel's location somewhat inconvenient for accessing the city.

Couple's getaway, not bad but a bit pricey
I had a spacious room that was impeccably clean and stylish, made my stay feel luxurious. The breakfast was really good too, full of fresh local products that got me ready for the day.
It was a tad on the expensive side, but for what I got, still acceptable.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy ambiance and the lovely room we had with a balcony. The garden area provided a nice spot for relaxation with a peaceful lounge and a pretty fountain. One small downside was the noise from the main road, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

The room was spacious and quiet, located on the 4th floor, and the bed provided excellent comfort. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious options and very good coffee. However, we faced an inconvenience when our room wasn’t ready upon arrival at 2 PM, which delayed our check-in. Additionally, while the hotel ambiance was pleasant, the overall management of room readiness should be improved.

The lobby impresses with high-class decor, reminiscent of luxury hotels in major cities. The gym offers modern equipment and a massage chair, making a workout more enjoyable after a long day.
Water issues were unsettling, often appearing yellow, which suggests some plumbing problems. The cleaning service was hit or miss. out of three nights, rooms were only cleaned twice, and I found dirty dishes left in the corridors for days. The noise from the busy street was bothersome, particularly ambulance sirens that went off all night. Room temperatures were inconsistent. the air conditioning seemed to be set incorrectly for winter, so it was either too warm or too cold. Additionally, the breakfast left much to be desired—not notably fresh or varied for the price. Overall, while I had a satisfactory stay, it fell short of outstanding expectations.

missingWrote a review on 24 Aprclean roomsvariety optionsgreat designpoor managementnoisy eventsinadequate apology
I stayed at Capital Plaza for three nights, and right from the start, my impression was positive. The hotel had nice rooms that were clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a variety of options. However, the good experience didn’t last long. The management seemingly didn't care about guests. On the second night, a wedding took place, and the noise from the music ruined my sleep. Even after multiple calls to the reception, the situation remained unresolved, forcing me to go downstairs at 2 AM to complain. They moved me to the 5th floor, but the noise was just as bad. The breakfast closure was another issue. The receptionist had told me it closed at 11 AM, but it actually closed at 10 AM on some days. Their failure to honor what was communicated was frustrating. They offered us a couple of small sandwiches as an apology, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. The experience felt like battling for basic services, which should not happen in a four-star hotel. Staff needed more training in hospitality, as they communicated poorly and responded slowly to issues. Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again, despite the well-kept facility and interesting décor.
